Follow-up - A claim form or patient statement is the start of the billing process and not the end. HIMG follows insurance carriers and patients in a timely and consistent manner until each account is paid or until the client and HIMG jointly determine it cannot be collected.
Quality Assurance - All steps in the billing process, including contacts with patients, facility personnel and client representatives are constantly monitored by Management to ensure the highest level of quality.
